Spanish- Secondary Transition Focus Groups for Parents/Families of Students with Disabilities

Transition planning is required for youth ages 15-21. However, transition planning actually, begins much earlier. Information gained for the focus groups will be used to understand the needs of parents/families to assure they have the information, training, and supports needed to successfully navigate secondary transition planning.
What is a focus group? A focus group is used to gather in-depth insights through group interaction. Participants will be asked as series of questions to discover their knowledge of the secondary transition planning process for youth ages 15-21.
