The first Saturday in May is National Fitness Day. This day celebrates the power that physical fitness has to change lives.
Fitness Day aims to celebrate what fitness means to people, promoting that keeping physically active means something different to us all. Lets be a part of a movement that breaks down the barriers that stop people being active, showing that fitness is for everyone!
