This workshop is intended for individuals with autism age 8+, anyone in supporting role of someone with autism, or anyone with an interest in learning about autism and neurodiversity.
What Will You Learn?
Traits of Autism
There are general traits that some individuals with autism have that might cause them to feel and act in certain ways that people may not understand. You’ll learn about traits of autism that you must know, how they can impact your daily life or that of those you care for, and what you can do about it.
How to Cope
Learn how to live and cope with these traits of autism, and even how to use them to your advantage. Family, friends, and caregivers will learn how to best support individuals with autism.
Famous People with Autism
Be inspired by past and present famous people with autism and what this means about you or the one you care for.
