Have you heard about our new Stages indoor cycle bikes and interactive Stages Studio System, but are not sure where to start? Does it seem intimidating? Come to our Intro to Cycling Class designed specifically for new riders or those looking to get back into cycling. In this combined workshop + ride, we will demystify everything and show you how effective our classes are and how much fun you can have on a bike! We will go over the proper fit of your bike, how to read the metrics on the bike console and on the screen at the front of the room, what we mean when we talk about power output on the bike, and more. Our cycle experts will break down all the important things you need to know and help prepare you to ride comfortably from day one. We will finish with a 30-minute ride at the end to put everything you learn into action.
