💚 – DIG Deep

DIRT is so excited to celebrate our community with our annual DIG Deep Block Party Fundraiser! The fundraiser raises money for and highlights all the best parts of our Inclusive Workforce Employer Program, which works directly with businesses large and small to change hiring practices to be more inclusive towards the disability community. We’ll have local businesses and organizations selling goods and sharing resources in the back parking lot of our Littleton location with live music and entertainment on our front patio.

Roots Colorado dba DIRT (Divergent Inclusive Representation Transforms) is on a mission to cultivate intentional workspaces for medically verified neurodivergent individuals to gain meaningful, integrated, and equitable employment. DIRT purposefully incorporates the term neurodivergent to represent a radical and inclusive space that includes Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, Intellectual Disabilities, Tourette Syndrome and acquired neurodiversity. DIRT operates three programs that encompass a range of services available to the neurodivergent community at the individual, institutional mezzo, and community macro levels.
