💚 – Town Hall for Incoming Members

Case Management Redesign (CMRD) consists of several state-wide initiatives to make accessing the Long-Term Services and Supports system (LTSS) simpler by establishing Case Management Agencies (CMA) to serve all HCBS waivers in a single place.

Developmental Pathways is hosting a public forum to inform the community about what the CMRD will look like going forward, answer questions and address concerns.
