The Community Outreach Program supports individuals of all ages with an I/DD diagnosis who are waiting for State or federally funded services. Local dollars, grants, and donations provide funding for this program. The program allows individuals and their families to receive vital services and community support. The Family Support Services Program is a State-funded program that supports families caring for a family member with I/DD living in the home.
