CES

Children's Extensive Supports Medicaid Waiver (CES)

Under 18 Years of Age

The Children’s Extensive Supports (CES) waiver helps children and families by providing services for children with a developmental disability who also demonstrate a medical or behavioral condition where constant line-of-sight supervision is regularly needed to keep the child and others safe. There is no State waitlist for this program. 

CHCBS

Children's Home and Community-Based Services Waiver (CHCBS)

Under 18 Years of Age

The Children’s Home and Community-Based Services (CHCBS) waiver helps children (under 18) with significant medical needs and who are at risk for institutional care in an acute hospital or skilled nursing facility.

CHRP

Children’s Habilitation Residential Program Medicaid Waiver (CHRP)

Children and Youth under 21 Years of Age

The Children’s Habilitation Residential Program (CHRP) waiver provides services for children and youth who have an I/DD and very high needs. Their needs for support put them at risk of, or in need of, out-of-home placement.

CLLI

Children with Life Limiting Illness Waiver (CLLI)

Under 18 Years of Age

The Children with Life Limiting Illness (CLLI) waiver helps children (under 18) with a life-limiting illness. This waiver allows you to seek curative treatment while your child is receiving palliative care.

Family Support Services Program (FSSP)

Generally under 18 Years of Age

The Family Support Services Program (FSSP) is a state-funded program that provides individualized support to families who are caring for a family member living in the home with developmental disabilities or delays with costs that are beyond those typically experienced by other families.
