Join our Music Therapist Kristen McSorley for a free drop-in Music Therapy class. These classes are designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Music can help build new friendships, evoke joy and regulate the nervous system, strengthen neural pathways, as well as support physical movement. Musical Pathways is 1st Fridays of every month. We look forward to seeing you and making music together soon!
