We know acronyms can get confusing, which makes it hard to know what webinars matter to you or your loved one. Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) is the program where all the Medicaid waivers (like SLS, CES, Comp/Residential, CHRP) in Colorado live, so this webinar on LTSS is an important webinar for you all to know about and participate in if you can.
This 90-minute event will give you the opportunity to learn and ask questions about:
- How Case Management has been redesigned to make it easier to get support and services
- How changes to LTSS will help people to get services at the right time and the right place
- How changes to LTSS ensure that people have equitable access to information
