South Metro Housing Options is Opening Waitlists

Alyson Court Apartments (5807 S Gallup St, Littleton, CO 80120) and Bradley House Apartments ( 5844 S Datura St, Littleton, CO 80120) are project-based rental assistance properties administered through SMHO. Residents pay 30 percent of their adjusted income in rent. Please note that SMHO is opening the 1-bedroom waitlist only for both properties.
The pre-application list for these properties will open online only at onlineportal.smho.co on Monday May 30, 2022 at 8 am, and will close at 5 pm on Friday June 10, 2022.
Placement on the waitlist will be based on date/time of application.
