Early Intervention

Program For Children Birth to Age 3

Evaluating children with a delay in development and/or qualifying diagnosis. Services include speech, occupational, physical, and developmental intervention and therapy.

Long-Term Care Case Management

Programs For Children, Adults, Seniors, and All Ages​​

Support with applying and qualifying for state benefits and other programs.

Offering funding to those who don’t qualify for waivers or who need funding for other needs.

Community Outreach Waitlist Services Program​

Up to Age 22 and those with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities

Supporting individuals waiting for state or federally funded services; funding for this program is provided by local dollars, grants, and donations.
